Our Policies
PLEASE NOTE: ALL guest rooms are located on the 2nd level, & Check-in is 4-6 p.m.
Check-in/out - Your room will be available for check-in by 4:00 p.m.
Check-out is 11:00 a.m. Monday-Sunday.
We are happy to accommodate a reasonable exception to times if needed. Our check in/out process is very quick and simple to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Breakfast - Your reservation includes a deliciously full hot breakfast, consisting of fresh fruit, breakfast meats, and homemade specialties. Strong savory coffee is served along with juice. You can also request a fresh pot of coffee to enjoy prior to breakfast.
Breakfast is not served before 6:30 a.m. during the week, and not before 7:30 a.m. on Saturday's, Sunday's, & holidays, but we can arrange for coffee & simple breakfast items to be available if you need to leave early.
*We are happy to accommodate your food allergy, sensitivity, or special diet. Please let us know your needs at time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS - We require at least a 48 hour notice if you need to cancel your reservation with Oak Meadow Delight B&B. Less than a 48 hour notice or a no-show is subject to full room rate charge. Thank you for respecting your reservation.
If your plans change after you check into the B&B and you need to leave on an earlier date, there is a cancelation fee per room for less than a 48 hour notice to the Innkeepers since other guests have not been able to book your reserved guest room(s).
Long-term Stays - Inquire with Innkeepers regarding rates for stays of 14 days or more.
Children - Before booking your room, please check with Innkeepers regarding children who are under the age of 12 staying at Oak Meadow Delight B&B.
Additional Guests - Check with Innkeepers if one additional guest can be accommodated for your room of choice. All reservations are based on double occupancy; $20 per night for an additional guest.
Smoking - Oak Meadow Delight B&B is a NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING, & NO OPEN FLAMES OF ANY KIND facility.
We charge a minimum of $100 per day for any suspicion of smoking or burning inside the B&B. Smoking is permitted outside. Please check with Innkeepers.
Pets - We are unable to accommodate pets.
Laundry - Washer and Dryer are available for guests who stay 2 or more nights.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, 0% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
