Our Story
We opened Oak Meadow Delight Bed & Breakfast in 2011 as a way to bless travelers with luxury accommodations in the Ottumwa area. Our faith and love for God has allowed us to demonstrate His love for us through service to our guests for over 15 years.
Your Hosts
Tracy is an RN and worked as an Allergy and Pulmonary nurse for seven years before owning the B&B.
Marvin and Tracy both understand the importance and dangers of food allergies and are here to accommodate any special dietary needs that you may have. You will enjoy all of the deliciously made breakfasts here!

Our mission is to bless travelers with an incredible and unique experience that makes them want to return to Ottumwa. We provide extremely clean, refreshing, and comfortable accommodations to those who desire a new and exciting lodging adventure!
